Last year I came up with a good used set of Koni rear shocks on Craigslist and
installed them on my TR7 to replace KYBs. B My KYBs were about 12 years old
but only had about 10,000 miles on them. B The car still has all original
bushings and springs. B There was an instantly noticeable difference in the
ride and handling. B The rear is much more stable and solid feeling. B In
comparison the KYBs were too stiff and jerky; the Konis smooth that out to
just the right degree; not too soft, but nice and solid. B It is certainly an
improvement. B I would sign on for a new set of Koni front struts, if the club
could arrange those too!

I'd like to hear people's comments on the comfort/handling/longevity of
using Konis for street use too.B  Like Bill, I've only auto crossed at a VTR
National so the vast majority of my driving is on public roads.B  I currently
have KYBs and have only driven my TR8 so I do not have any basis for
comparison but I'd like to know what I may be missing.
