It's about a two hour drive for me.  I'm hoping to go if I can get my car back on the road by then...

I just saw that Triumphest 2018 will be in my back yard, Sacramento, CA.

Hopefully some of you will be able to attend and we can get together.

The Anti-Run-On configuration was introduced in 1974 on the TR6 and Spitfire models.  I figured it was used on all US model TR7's for emissions purposes.  Perhaps not.

The Detectorists is a nice quirky comedy show and worth watching. What is

interesting for me is that I live nearby and like seeing the places that I

have driven past in my TR7V8.

The main filming area is Framlingham:

The later ones did. Some early models, not sure of the cutoff, had the single

terminal switch.

I may be wrong but I thought all TR7's had the three-prong switch. It operates

the oil pressure light and the anti-run-on valve.

Guys and Gals,

I can't get a great picture, but surprisingly my '79 TR7 seems to have the

3 prong oil pressure switch. Sad to find this out when I had bought the

1-prong switch from Victoria British. Before I buy the 3-prong sender, is

there a chance I'm looking at some other 3-pronged thing on the engine

block behind the battery?

Thanks, This list is invaluable.

It looks to be a nice 1977 yellow coupe. It is driven by one of the main

characters and is seen in every episode.

We watch it on Acorn, all British shows on our Roku.

Hi All

I've had another look at it today as I was passing.

VIN TPVDV8AT21nnnn, makes it anm8 if memory serves me  orrect.

No idea if its been on ebay, and the garage owner was out and the bird in the office didn't know what he was aking for it.  Holley seems likely, there is a manual choke knob fitted and it has Holley printed on it.
